•Andrew has excellent knowledge of the Davis market, particularly as it applies to the university community. He is very responsive and proactive about arranging all useful inspection reports, including specialty inspections, when a basic inspection identifies the potential for hidden problems. Andrew helped get a very fair price for both buyer and seller, which reflected an adjustment based on non-obvious but necessary repairs. Also, the whole process flowed well and was aligned with my expectations. I arranged and worked with a non-local lender that I found by 'price shopping' on the internet. I think the fact that they were ready-to-fund very quickly was a little bit of a pleasant surprise for Andrew..
