•It had been a long time since we had bought a home and the sellers really put a short time crunch on the deal. Jeremiah had the well inspector to the house less than 24 hours after having a contract, House inspections 3 days , He got me to a lender that got my loan done and we signed escrow in 17 days start to finish, I really cant give enough credit to Jeremiah for his attention to detail and being right on top of everything. He really knew all the forms and addendums. And you can always judge someone by the company they keep, and every inspector he knew, and especially the loan officer were truly proffessional. This was a perfect transaction on his end!! He will be our agent for life!! THANK YOU JEREMIAH!!
