This was not our first time selling a house

This was not our first time selling a house. Kim Grant’s competency just radiated from her. I had remembered her as the seller’s agent when we bought our house and our previous agent had moved away from the area. When she received my out-of-the blue call, she instantly remembered everything about the house.From there she took ownership of the process, while keeping our comments and interests top of mind. The professional photos she arranged, made all the difference in receiving top offers. Her organization in providing the details of those offers made the decisions easy for us.Throughout the process she showed tremendous respect for my work from home schedule. She took every call/text from us quickly and with a friendly and professional tone. The way she talked about the buyers she was working with for other houses made it obvious that she had listened just as intently to them and was just as highly focused on finding them everything they wanted.Her communication with other agents appeared to be equally responsive, respectful and warm. Working with Kim Grant during any part of selling or buying a home is a shrewd choice.
