•I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Liz Lauer. We were first time homebuyers and were very impressed with Liz and her staff. I chose her by watching the Madison real estate market for about a year and reading agent reviews. I was a teeny bit hesitant at first since I knew that she sold many houses, expensive ones at that. Before I met her I wasn’t sure she’d have the time for us but boy was I wrong! She’s extremely responsive and has very sage advice to offer. She’s not only an expert in the market but she knows A LOT about houses and I found that to be very helpful. I know the real estate business can feel murky especially if you start thinking about incentives but we felt like we could trust her implicitly; that she would help us find the house that was right for us. And she did! We were one of four offers on the first day it was on the market and Liz helped us seal the deal. Not only does she have her stuff together I have to emphasize that she’s genuine, really enjoys what she does and is a pleasure to be around. I always looked forward to seeing Liz; I would happily go house hunting with her all day long any day!
