•Patrick did a fantastic job helping my family accomplish a cross-state move. Being from Florida, I had only surface-level knowledge of the area, but Patrick was able to help narrow down our search to a location perfectly suited for my family. I recall at one point there was a location we were considering, but he made some points about the area which led us to reconsider. Now that I am living here and growing more familiar with Indy, I feel it was just the sort of local expertise we needed. He was responsive and flexible, even though we had a very limited time window for our search he helped us check out as many homes as possible. During closing, he answered my many questions and helped me get a much better deal on a mortgage than my initial pre-approval. He's also got a top-notch team. At one point during closing, there was an item in the inspection report that I glossed over which suggested the possible presence of mold. Patrick reached out to me about it, telling me that he would want that checked out further if he were in my position. He had a mold remediation company ready-to-go which was out there in just a couple days after our conversation. It turned out there was a serious mold issue which would have taken $2000 to handle. Thanks to Patrick catching the issue and his deft negotiations, the problem was solved without us having to spend a dime. I really can't recommend Patrick and his team enough.
