•Juan sold our house in 24 hours at asking price. That pretty much says it all, but honestly the real test came after we went under contract. We had some challenges with the buyer that could have blown the whole thing up. Juan handled every single one of them without missing a beat — kept us informed, kept the deal together, and never made us feel like it was at risk. The guy just knows what he's doing. What I'd really tell anyone is that Juan knows this neighborhood cold. That's not something you can fake and it showed up immediately in how he priced the house and how fast it moved. He was the right agent for this specific home and it showed. If you're selling in this area, call Juan. Simple as that.
Juan was the best realtor we've worked with! He gave us a bunch of great advice on how to improve the house to get it turn key ready to sell while staying within budget. He has other listings in the neighborhood and easily increased traffic to our home for sale by leveraging his connections/clients in the area. Our home went under contract in ONE DAY at asking price - and he handled the repairs, cleaning and other appointment coordinations - what more could you ask for? Highly recommend Juan if you're in the market for a great realtor.
