•With our prospective move in May/June 2020 the pandemic created another set of issues to include in the mix of buying a different property. I'm generally a hard negotiator but given the fluid nature of the market Amy was able to convince me that being stingy on a few thousand dollars wasn't worth it in this case. We went under contract in less than two days and the subsequent two weeks witnessed five of the six remaining lots in the development sell. She also had numerous calls subsequent to our signed offer wanting details on the property.
