•We contacted Taylor as she was the listing agent for a house we had seen on Trulia - and feel very fortunate to have done so. Although that house was already under contract, Taylor offered to run a search in the neighborhood after getting some more details. Two viewings later and we made an offer on a wonderful home. We had an amazing experience with Taylor – which made the whole process feel very relaxed and smooth. She was attentive without being pushy, and her expertise and savvy shone through from the beginning. As first time buyers it felt good to have Taylor in our corner, she was a big help when making the offer (we bought in a competitive market), and although we shopped around extensively, it was her recommendation for financing that beat out all other offerings. Taylor was always available to answer questions; return voicemails etc. and always had useful advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her as our agent again, and will be recommending her services to any family or friends in need of a realtor in the Metroplex area.
