Charles is BY FAR the most amazing realtor! He stayed on top of the comps in our area and made sure we listed for no less that what we could sell for! We listed our home for sale and had two offers within one day. Yes, that's right! We were under contract within 24 hours! But it didn't stop there, he continued to be amazing through out the entire process. He always returned calls, texts and emails promptly and we were never left wondering "what next?' During the COVID 19 pandemic, there is a lot of uncertainty but he accepted the challenge and rose to the occasion to make sure everything went as smooth as possible.
