•We worked with Meg to buy our second property this year. When we decided to look into the market for houses, our first phone call was to Meg because we just couldn't imagine working with anyone else but her. We met with Meg back in 2015 while we were looking at some houses and decided to work with her. Being first time home owners back then, Meg's help and guidance was invaluable for us because the process can get a little tedious and also daunting given how many different things you have to look through to make sure the purchase is done right. Not to mention she was extremely patient with us while we looked at many houses. Never pushed us to buy and always helped with insights in regards to the property, neighborhood etc. Fast forward to 2021, she delivered again staying true to her commitment to top customer service and not just assisted us buy a new property but also got us a renter for our other property in about 2 weeks flat. While listing the rental, she had the whole set up and process ready where she would first view the property and make sure it's ready for pictures and then she had her photographer come in and take pictures for the listing. The set up and pictures were so professionally done, no wonder the property was rented out that quickly. She also gave us great references in terms of inspectors and handymen (to do minor repairs at both properties) which helped a lot as you can end up spending a fortune on resources you don't know and are not vetted per se. If you need a worry free experience in buying, selling or renting a property just call Meg!
