•Nicole was so easy to work with. She knows the area very well! Worked with us to find the perfect home for us! I would definitely recommend using Nicole as a realtor!!
I loved working with her! Very knowledgeable and very friendly and she got us the best deal possible! We had worked with a realtor that did not want to contact a local builder and Nicole did it even knowing that our budget was lower than what the builder had listed the house for. She then proceeded on a holiday to negotiate with the builder and got us the best deal possible. The builder still tells us what a great negotiator she was and that we got the lowest price he was going to give for our house. She really cares ??
My husband and I purchased our home from across the country, and Nicole went above and beyond to be sure everything was taken care of in our absence. She communicated with us both every day during the process, she could not have been more patient and gracious. By the time we closed and made the move across the country, we actually felt the town was awaiting our arrival because of all the wonderful referrals and people she put us in contact with. Trust me, Nicole is the best.
Nicole Shaw worked tirelessly to sell our house. We are so grateful for her efforts and know it would not have sold when it did if it were not for her outstanding determination. In addition, she greatly assisted us in finding our new home. She listened carefully to what was important to us, watched the market and reached out to us when she heard a house was coming on the market that might meet our needs. She enabled us to see it and put in an offer before it was even fully listed. In closing, we are grateful for her professionalism, her work ethic and her clear, concise and honest communication. We have no hesitancy in recommending her highly.
