•On the evening of Jan 17 I saw a house I liked on Realtor.com. Out of curiosity I contacted my long time realtor, Rita Legan to ask about it. On Feb 17, I closed on that same house, and I have not yet set a foot in it. After 6 other transactions with Rita at the helm I trust her that much. I found Rita 16 years ago when I was searching for my very first home. Being a novice home buyer, she had to steer me away from a few that probably would have ended up being disastrous, and I have been so grateful for her wisdom. So when I asked her to look at my latest purchase and she gave it a huge thumbs up I knew it would be a winner Rita has been at this a long time and she knows all the ins and outs of the business. Personality wise she is the absolute best with her lovely smile and terrific laugh. She listens, returns calls right away, follows up on everything, and is a super communicator. And she comes up with really good ideas to make complicated things work out. I HIGHLY recommend Rita Legan…she’s definitely 5 stars+ in my book.
