•I had been renting in Spokane for a few years and decided it was time to buy. Not being from Spokane originally, I asked a coworker who grew up here for real estate agent referrals. He told me to contact Rebecca because she was the best agent he had ever worked with. It turned out to be a an amazing referral. Being a first time home buyer I knew little about the process. From the start she was in constant contact updating me on properties in my target price range and neighborhoods. Once we narrowed the search she worked closely with my busy schedule to set up appointments for home tours. Rebecca ultimately helped me locate and secure the property that I wanted for a great price. She made the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Not being familiar with the real estate industry and all of its technicalities, I was overwhelmed at first. Rebecca was great at walking me through everything and making a first time home buyer feel comfortable with the process. I have nothing but good things to say about Rebecca, and I have already recommended her to a few buddies who are looking at buying homes in the Spokane area.
This was my first time buying a home so everything in the process was new to me. Rebecca did a great job not only finding properties that fit my criteria, but she was excellent at walking me through the offer, negotiations, and purchase process. Overall, I would rate her very highly and recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
