Cory is a pleasure to work with and he is genuinely a nice guy.! He drove us a great distance to look at properties. He sent us an itinerary of our schedule which we found helpful. When we needed to contact him he was always on top of it and responded back quickly. He made many trips to our new place for us when we were not able to be there ourselves. Our transaction was as quick and simple as it can be. If we were to buy another property we would not hesitate to call Cory Rosauer!
