Having some pretty specific requirements for our new home made the search somewhat challenging. Bryan's extensive knowledge of the area helped eliminate the background noise and let us focus on houses that fit our needs. Having many years of experience in the Walnut Creek area, he was able to recommend neighborhoods that he felt would fit our lifestyle goals. Reducing the number of homes to consider dramatically reduced the time and stress of our search. Bryan was available anytime we needed him. He accommodated our schedule and made it very easy for us to tour prospective properties. He was always quick to respond to our calls, emails, and texts, which allowed us to make decisions more quickly and with a higher degree of confidence. Once we found our new home, Bryan continued to support our transition. He helped with the negotiation process and walked us through the maze of paperwork that would have been very confusing without his assistance. He gave us lots of ideas on "what if" questions as we thought about how to renovate various areas to fit our taste. And he provided a wealth of information on contractors, handy-people and various service providers. Bryan was very "up front" and transparent throughout the process. We always had confidence that what he told us would help make the buying process smooth and enjoyable and allow us to get our new home at a fair and reasonable price.
