•My wife and I were living in Minnesota, I was being transferred to Florida for work and because of that, we found ourselves in need of a home there. We met Jennifer through a friend and although it was against my better judgement, we just didn't have the time to make it to Florida for house hunting, but Jennifer was up for the challenge! We told her what we were looking for, looked at what was available online, continuously sent everything we were interested in and she took it from there. We ultimately purchased not only what appeared to be, but what turned out to be the perfect home for us. Obviously, we couldn't have done this without her willingness to look through each of the properties we were interested in, but to also do the legwork as well. She checked everything out, did virtual tours, and once we settled on this house, she setup the inspection, took care of all the details, and introduced us to a great person to take care of the mortgage as well. This is the third house I've ever owned, its definitely my favorite and Jennifer went out of her way to make it happen! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
