•Pearl Team was phenomenal! I was not the easiest client - had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted in a townhouse, meaning I had to see quite a few over several months before zeroing in on the right one, agonized over every drawback, and took my time making decisions. Laurie was incredibly responsive to my constant texts, patiently taking me to see places, sometimes even houses we both knew were probably not suitable but could be helpful for comparison purposes. I found the team both hugely dependable and extremely knowledgeable, so they often pointed out issues with houses that would never have occurred to me, likely saving me from a purchase I could have seriously regretted (and the fact that Laurie is also an architect probably doesn’t hurt.) They also listened really well, so I felt thoroughly confident they got what I was looking for and wouldn’t waste my time suggesting visits to places that didn’t fit the bill. Laurie also was meticulous about details and seemed to know how to engage the seller’s agent in a way that elicited good will and made me feel like the team had my back. Beyond all that, it’s a family team, so you have this sense of a cohesive group looking after your interest—and they are all super nice!
