•We recently closed on our home and could not have asked for more. Although home buying can be extremely stressful, especially given the competitive nature of the Colorado market, Aimee made the entire process seem painless. While we had a less than ideal experience with another agent in the past, Aimee exceeded all of our expectations. Aimee was voluntarily informative/transparent about the whole process (we didn't have to do any research on our own as she offered information that kept us informed), she was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, motivated, empathetic, well connected (this is big when you're looking for contractors to perform any work), and, most importantly, an advocate. Aimee will fight for the best possible result and won't sugar coat anything in order to push a deal through. All of the aforementioned qualities are hard to find in many agents. I have not doubt that we'll be using Aimee for any of our future needs and neither should you. Aimee is the total package.
