•My ex and I were selling an apartment building during our divorce. I felt completely comfortable with the agent my ex-picked, so I decided to hire Marc as my realtor, and I’m so glad I did! The difficulty of the sale was amplified by emotion and somewhat irrational decision making, but Marc was able to keep both parties on track during the entire process. Not only was he able to keep everyone on track, but he was also able to clean up the messes caused by others. He was able to sell the property and even ensured that I received a reimbursement made necessary because of errors made by my ex’s agent. Tough yet respectful, he is a true professional through and through. I would recommend Marc to ANYONE needing a great real estate agent.
