Diane knows the market and works hard for her clients.

Diane really knows the Champaign Urbana area well and led us to some very good opportunities for our new home. She is very responsive and worked quickly when we found a potential home that we wanted to make an offer on. She went above and beyond other realtors that we have worked with in the past, offering financial incentives to improve our offers. Diane also has many resources for home improvements, inspectors, etc. We would work with her again!
