•I cannot say enough good things about Margie! My husband and I went into the home buying process with absolutely zero knowledge or experience. We were in the process of looking for an agent when we went to see a house we had found online, Margie was the representative that called me back based on my online inquiry. We had gone to a few open houses on our own to both meet a few realtors and get an idea of what sort of home we were looking for. When we met Margie, she was very open an honest about the house we were there to see, it had a few problems, and she spent a good amount of time with us, explaining the process and putting us in touch with a mortgage broker. In fact, she was the first of any of the agents we met, even willing to talk to us about the process of home buying without a contract in place. After we met Margie, we knew she was the one, with all the help she was giving us when we WEREN'T her clients, we knew she would be exactly what we needed. She was on top of everything, 7am Margie was on it, 10:30 PM, Margie had it handled. My only complaint is that Margie made the process too easy and way too much fun, and we can't buy a new house every year! She helped us find a house that checked every last box we were looking for and then some and a year later we couldn't be any happier with our home. If you need a realtor that knows her stuff and is ready to work for you, Margie is your realtor!
