Wow - it could not have been any better!

I hired Susanne Schmidt to sell the beautiful home in Victor that I had built with my father and significant other after 20 years of living there. From the very beginning, Susanne was an excellent communicator and very professional. She was always positive, energetic, and responsive to both phone and text messages. It was obvious immediately that she had worked in the real estate profession for many years as her level of understanding and intelligence was off the charts! And, she has a way of explaining complex situations that can be easily digested by folks from the outside. She is patient, kind, detail oriented, prompt, and very pleasant. Susanne recognizes the importance of pricing correctly and marketing to the right target audience as well as when to initiate changes. She is truly an amazing and dedicated negotiator for her clients as well. Susanne was also my Real Estate Agent on the property that I purchased in Silver Bow County near Butte. Even though it was priced much lower than my home, she never wavered on the level of outstanding customer service she provided. She had to navigate some clunky electronic systems and different methods of doing business but did so promptly and always to protect my best interest. On a personal note, Susanne is down to earth and highly values her relationships with both family and friends. She cares about her clients and treats them as much more than just another customer. Susanne has an especially friendly demeanor and a good sense of humor as well. She works tirelessly to deliver a first-rate quality experience for her clients. The decision to sell my home was very difficult for me but she made it a pleasant experience, despite a few tears at closing.
