•Mary did a great job! I contacted her about 2 months before I was ready to list my house and she was very professional in giving me key points on what was needed to have my house ready for showing and a market analysis for pricing. Once listed, she did all the professional marketing with online photos and staging each room so that it would be most appealing to all. Another impressive part was getting my house shown to all the realtors in the area for their potential buyers and handled all the showings. She kept in contact with me after each visitor and gave detailed feedback on everyone of them. I will tell you, I was totally excited about the experience and was looking forward to having the right buyer soon and that's just what happened. My house sold and closed in just over 90 days. I know this may not be typical for most but I know Mary worked hard to make this a most pleasant and complete transaction. Thank you Mary!
