•Steve and his team were incredible. With one afternoon of visiting a few properties and discussing our desires, he and his team knew exactly what we were looking for. When a property was listed over the weekend they alerted us and we had an offer in within 24 hours. The property was very desirable and they expertly guided us through a small bidding war. We bought the property sight unseen and trusted his judgement on the condition etc. After closing and visiting the property for the very first time we were so excited as the property was in incredible shape and a great value.
