•Dawn was the best choice we could have made in finding a realtor to help us buy our first home. Dawn was extremely knowledgeable, both in regards to the local market and in the home buying process in general. She guided us through every step of the process, providing support and information when we needed it and space when we needed it, too. Dawn is also incredibly hard working and was always available to answer questions, provide research, show us properties, and answer more questions. She helped keep us organized and made the whole process from start to finish feel manageable and not overwhelming--including helping manage all the little steps along the way, like inspections and other related paperwork. When we ran into issues with some repairs, she was assertive and professional in helping us resolve the problems. We live in a very competitive housing market and she helped us find our dream home. On a personal note, Dawn is very warm, funny, easy-going and kind. She was a true pleasure to work with and we feel lucky we found her to help us buy our first home.
