Frann was an absolute godsend when helping me sell my house. I decided to go with Frann after chatting with her over the phone and she made me feel so at ease. This was my first time selling a home; I immediately trusted her and her process. I lived in a townhouse community in Crofton, which was designated as a Condo instead of an actual town-home. Unbeknownst to me, this made the process of selling a bit more difficult than I thought it would be. That certainly did not stop Frann. She was incredibly involved from day one. She helped to set realistic goals and skillfully managed my expectations. I received multiple offers within hours of folks touring the house. I am convinced this was due to the excellent photographs taken for the listing, and her helping me to set a fair price on the house. She explained the pros and cons of each offer to me and helped me decide which to accept. What a great problem to have! I ended up taking an offer above listing price--her negotiating skills are amazing. There were several hiccups on the buyer’s side and she was able to navigate through the many nuances of selling a home. The buyer’s agent was not very knowledgeable, and Frann saved the day and the sale several times by getting involved in ways I could not have even imagined. She constantly followed up with me, updated me on potential issues, always had a plan, and calmed me down when I felt hopeless in being able to sell my home. Frann is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get in the nitty gritty, she will work incredibly hard for you and keep you updated every step of the way. I will never use another Realtor again, she is my gal!
