•Manuela was amazing over the entirety of our very long home buying process. We started out our search very early and Manuela was very understanding of our extended timeline. Her speedy communication is truly impressive! We'd often have a reply before we had time to refresh our browser! Even though we had an idea where we wanted to live, Manuela took the time to find us amazing homes in areas we had not considered. She was always excited to show us new homes and was so quick identify promising options. Once our search got more serious, Manuela worked to quickly schedule viewings and we were regularly among the first people to view homes. Our purchase had some contingencies and Manuela helped to put together very competitive offers . The market is competitive in Seattle and Manuela remained positive and supportive even when we missed out on a home. Ultimately, it was her advice around escalations that led to our offer being selected over competing bids. We are so grateful for Manuela's guidance and appreciate how personally invested she was in our home hunt. She's become a friend of the family and we wholeheartedly recommend her for your next home purchase!
