•This review is long overdue. Grayson assisted my wife and I in our relocation from California to southern Washington in the spring of 2018. I contacted several real estate agents in the Vancouver area, including a few recommended by friends of the family. We were fortunate indeed to find Grayson. Our relationship began with a phone interview which Grayson conducted with me over the phone during his vacation. And this wasn't a little discussion. We were on the phone for a solid hour as Grayson worked at learning about our family and what we were looking for in a new home. After selecting Grayson as our agent, he worked tirelessly at solidifying his understanding of our likes and dislikes via regular emails. The planning paid off. We arrived in Vancouver for a house hunting trip and Grayson had a definite plan of attack. He spent the entire day with us doing viewings of various properties, and when we decided to offer on one of them, he went home and did his homework at 9pm on a Friday night so that we could make an offer on our desired home. (This is to say nothing of how great the lending agent Grayson recommended was who provided a pre-approval letter Friday night with just a call from Grayson.) We had a signed contract quickly, but that wasn't the end of Grayson's service. Knowing we were new to the area, he took the trouble of taking us around on a Sunday afternoon tour of the greater Vancouver and Portland areas when he could have easily taken the day to be with his family. It was an absolute pleasure working with Grayson all the way through the process. We were kept informed the whole time, and every time there was any little issue that we needed clarified, Grayson was there to help out. I strongly believe that you can't make a better choice than having Grayson Karsten help you out with your real estate purchase or sale.
