•I found Cydney L'Hoste to be an excellent Relator. Mrs. L'hoste had professional photos made of my home and got it on the market quickly. There were some complicated issues involving the septic tank with my home and Mrs. L'Hoste did all the footwork involved in going to the county to get plans for additional lines approved and even finding the contractor to do the addition. She also worked with the county to get my attic addition which was not permitted, approved for the buyers. She went above and beyond her duties in order to keep the sale viable. She was always available and returned calls promptly. She was very knowledgeable about the area and worked well with all involved in the process of selling my home. I would highly recommend her and will use her for all my real estate needs in the future.
