•I sought out Sarah Wimett because nearly 30 years ago, we lived in the area we now reside. I remember seeing her signs around Ojo Caliente. A lot transpired during those decades. We had moved back to New England, then spent 15 years in Hawaii. When the desire returned to live in New Mexico once again, hers was the name that leapt to mind. Sarah patiently showed me many properties, and when I found the one of my dreams, she stood fast during the time it took to obtain a mortgage until we could sell our home in Hawaii. She did all due diligence, offering support, negotiations, and recommendations to guide us through the somewhat lengthy process. After the sale, she remained in touch because COVID hit and our move was delayed for over six months. Sarah went above and beyond what was expected, and we would recommend her unreservedly.
