Best agent in the area

I had came in contact with several agents in the area. The only feedback I received was I wasn’t in a position to purchase or sell a home. Maria was the first one to tell me that my dream of a new home was in reach and what was needed to get there. From the moment I reached out she treated me as a priority. She always answered with in a reasonable time. Whenever we planned on meeting in person she told me when she was on her way and when she would be there. She was great in building a relationship. Whenever she came to my home she was treated as a friend. She was great at explaining everything I needed to do in order to take the steps necessary to buy a home. If I didn’t meet Maria I would still be in our old home. She constantly gave me advice and guidance with my funds and purchases pertaining to my home. If not I would’ve made a lot of mistakes on the way. Every time I had a question, even if I felt it were dumb or meaningless she would deliver. If there were 6 stars I’d give her that. Despite selling my old home and helping purchase my new home, she still remains invested in the following steps that were needed to assure that I was on the right track. She never made me feel like a secondary choice. Now in my new home, with all my family we’re able to enjoy the cookouts and basketball games. A few years ago nobody could give me the guidance or reassurance that I could sell my old home and purchase a new home. Without Maria I wouldn’t be in this position. She has my upmost respect and appreciation. She deserves all her flowers. She is highly recommended and was the best agent I came across.
