We contacted Mandy Herring to sell my mother’s condo

We contacted Mandy Herring to sell my mother’s condo. She lived in the complex where the condo was located and was very knowledgeable about the community, the homeowner’s association and all things related to the complex. She recommended a very fair selling price and we had a firm, full-price offer withing 24 hours of the condo going on the MLS. She went over and above what is required of a listing agent, helping my mother sell and give away furniture that she was not able to take to her new home in a retirement community. She even came on moving day to help with last-minute packing. Mandy truly cares about her clients and we count it an honor to call her not just our realtor, but also our friend.
