Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process. As first time home buyers we had what must have been over a million questions; she was the first to call back and reassure us at every step of the way. She continuously displayed amazing patience for all of our “first timer” nerves and always presenting the information with a smile and/or a laugh. This communication was key to easing our ever present looks and feelings of anxiety throughout of the general buying/hunting experience. Lisa was always the first to notify us of the newest homes that came on the market and made sure that we were top of mind for every option available that fit our desired wants and needs as discussed on day one. She truly listened and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From start to finish, everything about the home buyer process couldn't have been more pleasant from the buyers end and greatly appreciate all of the dedication, consistent feedback, check ins, and being there to help us every step of the way.
