•Let’s be honest, buying a house is stressful. Searching for the right one, in the right location, at the right price can all add up and make what really should be a joyful experience into one that includes lost sleep and hair. What was important for me was finding an advocate; someone whom I could trust, that I could be assured was looking out for our best interests, and one who was truly engaged in finding us a home. This is precisely who we got when Sandra became our realtor. It became immediately obvious that she wanted what was best for us. She would not only walk us through houses, but actively look for problems and voice concerns. When we became discouraged, she was there to offer positive words. She didn’t treat us like clients, but like family. We finally found our home, and she walked us through the entire process. In all honesty, if ever we need a realtor again, or if anyone ever asks who I would recommend, I will unhesitatingly offer Sandra’s name. Yes, buying a house is stressful, but much less so when a friend is helping you do it.
