•Julie is an expert realtor. She was easily accessible, promptly gave great feedback, is very personable, and has integrity. I live in Tampa, Florida and needed to sell my mother-in-laws house in Hamilton, Ohio after she passed away. After 6 months with a different realtor, someone recommended Julie to me. She made some recommendations on a few changes to the house. Julia set up more showings in the 1st month than the previous realtor did in six months. Several times Julie did more than a realtor normally does to help me from over 400 miles away. All of this was during the most difficult time of year to sell a house, the holiday season. Julie put the house on the market in late November and had a very acceptable offer by mid January.
