•3rd time working with Natalia and always an excellent experience I purchased and sold my 1st home with Natalie and felt she was with me every step of the way She is aggressive in making sure her client is top priority with helping with credit suggestions, program applications, and contributions to make the deal work She tells it to you straight but will always provide a solution for the long run if at the moment it can’t work When my wife was purchasing her first home we obviously went with Natalia and she helped her go in with the least amount possible, applied a hero’s program incentive, received a seller contribution and got the perfect house matching all our criteria lastly we even closed sooner than expected! What else can I say other than she is not only professional but personable and will get the job done every time! Thank you Natalia and can’t wait for our next home purchase with you
