•Lou was great through the entire process. Always available for questions. On day 1 we had 9 showings and 4 competitive offers at or above asking price. Lou was very reasonable during negotiations too. If there were things we wanted, he had our back. Was also not afraid to tell us if we (or buyer) were being too unreasonable. Lastly, the night before our walkthrough of the close, he came to our house and did his own walkthrough to make sure the house was in great shape - taking pride in what he sells. I came to greatly appreciate this when we bought our new house (different selling agent) and the sellers left a lot of junk, light switch covers with crayon written all over it, cracked light switch covers et al.
