Words can't describe how grateful we are for Mel (and for our close friends for recommending her to us!). Throughout the home buying process, Mel was patient, informative, responsive and compassionate. My husband and I felt very supported and our concerns/anxiety about buying our first home were put at ease thanks to Mel and her team! Due to the craziness of the market right now, we had to visit homes within 24-hours and put an offer in immediately if we were interested - Mel responded right away when we sent her a home we were interested in seeing; she always got us in the same day, and walked us through the offer process and explained everything in detail. She even took the time when she was out of state to FaceTime with us while writing the first offer we put in on a home! And if for some reason Mel couldn't meet with us to visit a home, she ensured that someone on her team was with us (her awesome husband, Jeff - talk about a power couple!) so we were never alone. Mel is also a Homes for Heroes affiliate (for those of you who are Firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, Military and veterans, healthcare and/or teachers) and was able to get us extra cash to put towards our new home! If you want someone who is personable, very knowledgeable, kind, passionate about the industry and truly cares about your future, Mel is your person! WE APPRECIATE YOU, MEL!

Upon talking with Melissa she was very energetic and had a good understanding of what we were looking for! Melissa was very easy to talk to and get a long with which made walking through properties very enjoyable. She would also point out problem areas that we were not knowledgeable about. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Melissa and would highly recommend anyone to her! We appreciate you Melissa!
