•Stuart Scaccetti was by far the best realtor we could have worked with on our first home. The professionalism and real world experience is something that we believe could never be replicated. We decided to go with Stuart because of his long track record with real estate. I think that we could run out of fingers and toes counting our friends and family members who’ve recently started selling homes but we wanted to go with Stuart instead. He’s a full time realtor and we wanted to go with someone who does this full time, not just on the side. As first time homebuyers, we utilized his extensive knowledge and experience over the years. We wanted to know the process, the trends, the areas, taxes etc. Stuart was on top of it and always made time for us to look at homes. We’re almost certain he works 24/7. We couldn’t be happier with taking our time on such a large purchase and Stuart always told us to take our time and never be afraid to walk away from a house that isn’t what we exactly want. So that being said he didn’t push us to buy a home as soon as possible. He took his time to make sure he was assisting us on finding our future and now current home. We couldn’t imagine buying our home with anyone else but Stuart Scaccetti. We will always recommend our family and friends with anything real estate related as he is in our opinion, the best.
