•Helen is incredibly easy to get a hold off, 9 times out of time she would answer our calls on the first ring. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get a call back, even at night. She is also quick to answer emails, which is great for house hunting during the workday! We weren't terribly sure what we wanted in a house and Helen was super patient, showing us a variety of types of homes and neighborhoods, helping us narrow down what we liked. If we walked in and wanted to immediately turn around and run away, that was fine too. She wasn't pushy or on any time-frame, so when we got tired of looking for a while, she was just ready with more listings when we decided to restart our home search. We got an email every week with new properties, and she would go through them adding comments to make sure noticed certain things, like a small master bedroom, or if it was too close to a busy street. Things that otherwise we wouldn't have realized was a problem until we saw the property in person. This saved us a lot of time, and prevented wasted showings. We also sold our condo with Helen. She took pictures for us and took care of every detail. It sold over the Christmas holidays in just 3 weeks which considering the timing and our "optimistic" pricing, was pretty fast. Overall, she was a great realtor and made the home buying/selling process pretty smooth and less stressful.
