Carolyn Crockett is the best agent we could ever have hoped for. She exceeded all our expectations.
I am the grandmother of a college student who found renting expensive and searched for a house in which she and her roommates could rent from me with the intent of the house belonging to my granddaughter at some point. We searched for a year. Then, because the agent we were using was unavailable again, I called the property listing agent for a showing. That was when God sent us Carolyn Crockett. Carolyn made herself available for showings even when inconvenient for her, was immediate with interagency and buyer/seller communications, and obtained special allowances for repairs, warranties, and other extras that I did not know were possible. She worked with us even during both her and my vacations ( at separate times). She made us aware of each home’s bad as well as good points. Carolyn was energetic, knowledgeable, skilled, and reliable. She guided us to the perfect first home for my granddaughter. I wholeheartedly recommend Carolyn Crockett. I will definitely call her again if my next grandchild needs a place to call home.
