•Carole Dejonge pays a great deal of attention to details on specifics of her customer's needs. I only had to talk to Carole once about what we were looking for and she did an amazing job finding exactly the home we wanted, no pressure, no sales pitch, direct and honest. She was easy-going and made us feel like she really cared about finding the perfect house for us. She has an amazing knowledge about homes and goes above and beyond to find out details on houses and neighborhoods that you can't just find online. Her responsiveness is great and we never felt like we were alone through the entire process from searching for homes to buying a home. She has good contacts and was able to hook us up pretty quick with quotes on repairs and inspections we needed to get going, without us even asking. She was awesome at staying on top of things even while we lost track of upcoming deadlines. I've bought 4 homes now, worked with multiple agents and Carole by far as been the BEST agent we've ever worked with. We are usually cautious with who we recommend unless we can without a doubt vouch for their great work and we've definitely recommended Carole to multiple friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.
