While trying to find a rental out of state, Tina was the only one that returned our call and went and checked the rental out on our behalf. This was after multiple attempts from other realtors that didn’t want to bother. She was also there the day we drove 500+ miles to move in, to make sure our transaction was seamless. The positive relationship we gained with out rental experience confirmed that we would use her when we purchased a home in the area. Fast forward eight months, Tina took us to more houses than she should have but was so quick to answer our calls/texts/emails with a positive attitude. Seriously. It didn’t matter what time of day or night, she responded in minutes! During the showings, she was quick to point out items that could possibly pose an issue in the future that we had no idea about and would have never known if it weren’t for Tina. She showed us items that reflect her vast knowledge in the real estate industry. She’s excellent at reading her clients quickly and knowing which houses would fit their needs even when they don’t know. During the negotiations and closing she was calm and direct and explained the complicated process to us as first time home buyers which relieved a lot of stress. She is very well networked in the area and can recommend reputable services such as painters, cleaners, etc. to assist the new homeowners make their new purchase seamless. Not only is Tina our realtor but she is also our new lifelong friend. I’ll recommend her a thousand times over!
