•My husband and I worked with Mytyl twice and will continue to seek her out for any future realty needs. Mytyl knows this market like the back of her hand. She found us a perfect rental at The Collins that wasn’t even on the market yet! She saw a realtor she knew in the building who had just finished up a showing with her client and Mytyl asked her if she knew of anything in the building that wasn’t listed. Imagine our surprise when she said as matter of fact she did have one in mind. We were able to see it that day and we loved it!! Next thing you know we’re living in paradise with an ocean view. We loved Miami so much that when we decided it was time for us to buy our own place, Mytyl was our first call. She patiently showed us as many units as we wanted to see all over Miami Beach before we found our perfect home! Mytyl made us feel like we were her only clients. She worked around our oftentimes sporadic schedule and did it all with a smile and her bubbly personality. I have and will continue to recommend Mytyl. She is the BEST!
