•We were unfamiliar with the area and the local market. Maria helped us by showing the area until we found that ideal location we love. She also helped us find the builder and floor plans we felt best fit our needs as well as at a price which allowed us to get much more we thought possible. She was in constant contact, never failed to answer our questions or follow up with the builder. She kept on the builder to finish construction, keeping us posted at every phase. Matthew helped us with the walkthrough providing significant support to identify and work with the builder to schedule the finishing items. In all, I would recommend Maria for anyone looking for a forever home.
