•Ryan was fantastic, I got 3 offers on my house in 24 hours and 9 total over the short three days it was listed. He really knows the market, knows exactly how to price the home and really just has excellent strategy. He has a great team of contacts from lawyer to photographer, all great. He's not one of these fly by night realtors that do it for fun in THEIR spare time, he really works for you, helped me out with so much just by making sure everyone was on the ball, timeframes, i had a gazillion showings that he coordinated. He always answered my calls and txts. I was happy to write his commission check, it more than paid for itself. Been through this process a few times now, Ryan is the best realtor I ever had, hands down.
