Mary Odum is a great realtor for following 3 reasons: 1. She is VERY responsive to text messages/email. Practically no waiting time regardless of when I contacted her. 2. She is knowledgeable. This is in terms of properties, people, and the business. She knew what houses I wanted, had recommendations when I needed inspectors, and kept me up to date with what I had to do. 3. Most importantly. SHE CARES! It is obvious how important it is to her that you get the house you want in the correct situation, no fast talking all solid fact based information. When working with Mary it feels like she would walk a tight rope for me.
