•We knew when we wanted to buy a new build that working without a Realtor was not an option. We have heard the horror stories! We are so thankful for Cinnamon!!! We ended up having a longer than expected completion date because the borrow next door fell out of contract with the builder and because of the style of home we chose we couldn't close until the home next door was further along in completion. Well, because of Cinnamon she was able to get us additional compensation for the unexpected delay. So not only did she walk with us every step of the way helping us choose all the right upgrades so our money was well spent, she also went to bat for us when the news was relayed to us on the longer closing. Cinnamon is the BEST!! She returned every text and call right away, she even answered us at 10:00 PM at night!! She is a superstar Realtor who is honest, reliable, knowledgeable with years of experience, and she knows the latest housing trends - I cannot tell you how many complements we get on our beautiful home! Cinnamon was AMAZING! She was extremely patient with me and never put any pressure on me to buy. She made sure I would buy a home that would make me happy.
