Rebecca did an outstanding job when we wanted to sell the house within a month. She provided us a price analysis sheet for similar properties in the nearby communities to decide selling price for our house. That really helped us to get offers. Though there were low ballers, she assisted to select the best offer which was a win win situation for us. The paper work after signing a contract was smooth and quick. I truly recommend her to those who wanted to buy or sale the house. Per my experience she is easily reachable and answer all the questions related to real estate.
