Knowledgeable, friendly and excellent service

I’ve never had to deal with probate court or real estate and luckily I was contacted by Theresa and her team to assist me through selling the home and completing documentation and forms to finish probate for my family. Theresa was extremely patient with my situation and was very helpful explaining every step of the process. Her skills and great communication made the process a lot easier for myself as the administrator of the estate and saved me thousands of dollars by NOT having to get a lawyer for probate court.
